A PROJECT IN FOCUS
The day clean water came to Nkolbisson
For years, families in Nkolbisson walked over an hour for water that often made their children sick. We surveyed the community, drilled a borehole, built a solar-pumped tap stand and trained a local water committee to keep it running. Today, more than 2,400 people have safe water within a five-minute walk.
